Delete in the app
If you use The Latest Homes buyer app, open Account and tap Delete account. You will be asked to confirm and enter your password. Deletion is permanent.
Delete by email
Alternatively, email info@thelatesthomes.co.uk with the subject line Account deletion request from the same email address used on your account.
What we delete
When we verify your request, we delete your buyer account profile and associated saved-home preferences from our live systems.
What we may retain
We may keep limited records where required for legal, fraud prevention, security, or operational obligations. Retained data is restricted and handled under our privacy policy.
Processing time
We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm by email once actioned.

If you cannot access your account email, contact us at info@thelatesthomes.co.uk and include details so we can verify ownership safely.
