Automatic posting
Posts new homes that agents list directly with TLH (never crawled listings) to Facebook and Instagram at 9am, 11am, 1pm, 4pm and 6pm. Newest first, varies the agency, never posts the same home twice.
1. Connection setup
Needs a long-lived Page access token for The Latest Homes (Page ID below) with Instagram publishing permissions. Business Suite access alone is not enough.
- Meta Developer App → add Instagram Graph API + Facebook Login for Business.
- Permissions:
pages_manage_posts,pages_read_engagement,instagram_basic,instagram_content_publish,pages_show_list. - Generate a user token, exchange for long-lived, then get the Page token for Page

2. Choose a property
Search published listings, then generate the Property Pick creative.
