Who We Are

The Latest Homes Property Bureau is a trading name of The Latest Homes Ltd - Registered in England & Wales, 16760180.

Data Protection

The Latest Homes takes UK data protection responsibilities seriously. We handle personal information in line with this privacy policy and keep our approach under review as the platform develops.

Information We Collect

We may collect information submitted through enquiry forms, partner applications, agent onboarding forms and website interactions. This may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, business details, property interests and messages.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to enquiries, manage agent and partner applications, improve the platform, provide property and area services, and operate The Latest Homes Property Bureau.

Service Providers

We use third-party services such as Firebase, Cloudinary, YouTube API Services, email providers and payment providers where required to operate the platform securely and efficiently.

YouTube API Services

The Latest Homes uses YouTube API Services. By watching YouTube videos on our website or using our YouTube playlists, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and YouTube's handling of your information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

What we access: a daily server job, authorised by The Latest Homes as owner of our own YouTube channel, creates and updates public playlists on that channel and adds or removes estate agents' public property video tours. It also checks that a video is public and can be embedded before adding it. We do not access any other person's YouTube account, and visitors to our website never sign in to YouTube through us.

What we store: only the IDs of our own playlists, the IDs of the public videos in them, and a list of videos that could not be added. We do not collect, store or share any personal data from the YouTube API, and we do not store video files, views, comments or other statistics.

Embedded videos: property video tours on our pages play in YouTube's own embedded player, which YouTube may use to set cookies or read device information under the Google Privacy Policy.

Deletion and revoking access: playlist records are deleted when a playlist is removed, and videos leave our playlists when a property is sold, let or withdrawn. Any Google account holder can review and revoke third-party access at any time through the Google security settings page. If access is revoked, we stop using the YouTube API and delete the stored playlist records within 7 days. To ask about this, email info@thelatesthomes.co.uk.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and operational requirements.

For account deletion steps, see Account Deletion.
