Positioned in an enviable setting overlooking the village green, this charming Victorian cottage offers an opportunity to own a piece of local history. Coming to the market for the first time in over 60 years, this wonderful family home radiates character throughout. The cottage features two double bedrooms, a lovely sitting room with an open fireplace and views across the green, dining room and kitchen. Outside, a pretty cottage garden provides a private retreat and a lovely place to further enhance for those who enjoy gardening. Whilst the house has been in the same family for generations, it now presents clear potential for sympathetic modernisation while retaining its period charm.
