Occupying the uppermost floor of a considerable stucco-fronted Victorian terrace is this three-bedroom lateral conversion. Commanding an elevated position just one road back from the promenade, its southerly aspect frames sweeping views of England's south coast. Generous Victorian proportions provide the backdrop for a confident decorative scheme, where colour and original architectural details sit comfortably as one.
