Getting started
Where do I start after signing in?
Open your Dashboard. From there you can create listings, review drafts, publish, open enquiries and update your public profile.
How do I update my public agency profile?
Go to Profile setup. Add agency name, logo, contact details, coverage areas and branches. This powers Find an Agent and your public agent page.
I forgot my password / can’t sign in
Use “Forgotten password” on Agent Login. If that fails, email info@thelatesthomes.co.uk from your agency email and we can reset access.
Listings & publishing
How do I list a property without a CRM daily upload?
You can publish individually any time:
- Dashboard → + Create Listing
- Add details, photos and documents
- Save as Draft
- Preview, then Publish
What is the difference between Draft and Published?
Draft is only visible to you in Property Studio. Published means the listing is live on The Latest Homes (search, maps and related pages). Nothing from a CRM feed goes public until you publish.
Can I edit or unpublish after it goes live?
Yes. Open the listing from your Dashboard, edit and save, or change publication status. Use drafts when you want to check changes before they are live again.
Where do I see all my drafts?
On the Dashboard, open Draft Listings.
CRM & feeds
Do I need a CRM feed to use TLH?
No. You can list and publish manually. A CRM feed is useful for bulk stock and daily updates. Setup guide: Connect Your CRM.
Why are feed listings arriving as drafts?
By design. Drafts let you check photos, copy and status before anything is public. See Feeds & Drafts.
Can I still list manually if I have a feed?
Yes. Use Create Listing anytime for one-off or urgent instructions — you do not need to wait for the next daily upload.
Quality & style
What photo and copy standards should I follow?
Use the TLH Style Guide — fewer, better images; clear descriptions; documents named cleanly; preview before publish.
What is the fortnightly refresh?
A short checklist every two weeks to keep stock fresh (heroes, prices, contacts, proofreading). Open Fortnightly Refresh.
Can TLH polish photos?
Yes — Photo Polish BETA for light crop, colour and sharpening. Request via Photo Polish.
Commercial listings
How should I set commercial property type?
In Property Studio, choose a commercial type such as:
- Investment & Development
- Industrial
- Retail
- Office
- Leisure
- Land
- Equestrian
How should commercial rents be written?
Use clear commercial pricing, e.g. £2,500 pcm or £30,000 pa. Residential home rents and commercial rents are labelled separately on TLH so they are not confused.
Enquiries
Where do buyer / tenant enquiries appear?
In Enquiries. You’ll see contact details, the message and the property. Contact them directly and mark as contacted when done.
