List & publish without a daily CRM upload

You can add and publish individual properties yourself from the Dashboard and Property Studio — no need to wait for a CRM feed. Use this when you have one-off stock, need something live today, or are not on a daily upload yet.

Your Dashboard is the home base. From there you create a listing, save it as a draft, preview the public page, then publish when ready. CRM feeds are optional. Manual listing works for both residential and commercial stock.
Step by step

How to list individually

Open your Dashboard

Sign in and go to tlhportal.co.uk/dashboard.html. This shows your drafts and published stock.

Create a listing

Click + Create Listing (or open Property Studio). Add title, price, sale or to let, address, description, bedrooms/bathrooms (or commercial property type), images, hero photo, floorplan/EPC/brochure where you have them.

Save as Draft first

Always save a draft before publishing. Drafts are only visible to you in Property Studio — they do not appear on public search until you publish.

Preview the public page

Use Preview to check how the listing will look to buyers — photos, price, map and copy.

Publish

When you are happy, click Publish. The listing goes live on The Latest Homes (search, maps and related surfaces). You can unpublish or edit later from the Dashboard.

Tip: you do not need a CRM connection to list. Manual publish is the fastest way to get a property live today.
When to use this

Manual vs CRM feed

  • Manual — one-off listings, urgent instructions, commercial types, or before your feed is live.
  • CRM feed — bulk stock, daily updates from Street / Alto / Rex / other. Feed listings arrive as drafts first.
Even with a feed, you can still create and publish individual listings at any time from the Dashboard.
Quality

Before you publish

  • Hero image sharp and landscape
  • Price clear (homes: £ / pcm · commercial: pcm or pa)
  • Correct property type — including commercial sectors if needed
  • Address, postcode and map checked
  • Floorplan / EPC attached where available
