How the flow works
Apply → you get notified → you approve → they get welcome login
1. Agent applies
They submit via Launch / Founding Agent forms (e.g. founding-agents.html or apply-launch-agent.html). A record is created in founding_agents.
2. You get an email
Subject like New Founding Agent Application: [Agency], sent to the TLH admin inbox, with an Approve Agent & Send Login button.
3. Agent gets welcome email
When you click approve, TLH creates their login and automatically emails them Your The Latest Homes Agent Login Is Ready with password-setup + login links.
Yes — you should get confirmation/application emails so you can accept them. Approving is what triggers their welcome/login email. If you click the approval link again later, the system can re-send a fresh password setup email.
